Scott is a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors in the eastern region of the United States & Canada for the firm’s private real estate equity, private real estate debt, and public real estate securities strategies. Prior to joining Heitman, Scott was a First Vice President at Sentinel Real Estate, where he was responsible for North American capital raising efforts. Previously, Scott was a Vice President in the Marketing & Client Services department at Torchlight Investors. Scott began his career in Bank of America’s Global Risk Management department.

Scott received a BA in Economics and History from University of Virginia. Scott is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and serves as a committee member on the PREA Institute Committee, which annually develops a topical program in an academic setting in support of the educational mission and goals of PREA. Scott is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative.
