Rachael is a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s North American Real Estate Debt group. In this role, she is responsible for managing the firm’s debt portfolio. Prior to joining Heitman, Rachael was Vice President of Pearlmark, with responsibility for the firm’s capital markets activities, including managing lending relationships, overseeing property and fund level financing activity, and managing existing portfolio investments. She started her career as an analyst in the Acquisitions and Dispositions group at Developers Diversified Realty.

Rachael received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
