Jeff is the Director of Investment Strategy and Co-Head, Global Research Operations. His responsibilities include supporting the investment process by establishing sector weight recommendations, identifying target markets, and providing underwriting input. Jeff applies distinctive methodologies to issues such as global relative value and risk pricing, among others. Prior to this role, he was a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Investment Research group. Previously, Jeff was Vice President of Research at Equity International, where he was responsible for global macroeconomic, financial, and real estate research primarily focused on emerging market countries. He began his professional career at DWS, where he held various roles analyzing REIT securities.

Jeff received a BS in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. He is a member of the CFA Society New York and CAIA New York.
