Hiroki is a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group. He is responsible for marketing the firm’s private real estate equity, public real estate securities, and private real estate debt products to investors and distribution partners in Japan and maintaining these relationships. Prior to joining Heitman, he worked at DBJ Asset Management for over eight years, where he served as a gatekeeper for large Japanese institutional investors. Hiroki began his career at Sumitomo Trust Bank, where he was engaged in real estate brokerage, appraisal, and real estate financing activities in Japan and London.

Hiroki received a BA in International Law from Kyoto University. He is a CFA charterholder and has earned a CMA (Certified Member Analyst) from the Security Analyst Association of Japan. Hiroki is also a Registered Real Estate Transaction Specialist in Japan, and an ARES (Association for Real Estate Securitization) Certified Master in Japan.
