Ashish is an Executive Vice President and Director in Heitman’s North American Acquisitions group and an equity owner of the firm. He is responsible for leading the team focused on originating, negotiating and executing potential investments in the living sectors throughout North America. Prior to joining Heitman in 2018, Ashish was Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions for Magellan Investment Partners, a nationally focused multifamily investment platform based in Chicago.

Ashish received a BBA and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Ashish is also a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chicago.
