Amy is an Executive Vice President in Heitman’s North American Portfolio Management group and Portfolio Manager for Heitman America Real Estate Trust (“HART”). She is also an equity owner of the firm. Amy is involved in the oversight of HART’s fund strategy, investments, financings, dispositions, and client service and marketing. With 20 years of commercial real estate investment management experience, Amy has been involved in broad exposure to a variety of investment vehicles, partnership structures, and property sectors. Prior to her current role, Amy worked in Heitman’s North American Acquisitions group for seven years, where she was responsible for analyzing and valuing potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States. She also spent 10 years on Heitman’s Asset Management team, where her responsibilities included strategic planning and business plan execution for a portfolio of assets.

Amy received a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA in Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University. Amy is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Heitman’s DEI Council.
