Amy is a Senior Vice President, Assistant Portfolio Manager for Heitman America Real Estate Trust (“HART”), and Asset Manager in Heitman’s North American Portfolio & Asset Management group. Amy is involved in the oversight of HART’s fund strategy, investments, financings, dispositions, and client service and marketing. Her asset management responsibilities include budgeting and leasing her portfolio, creating annual business plans, and strategic planning. Prior to her current role, Amy worked in Heitman’s North American Acquisitions group for seven years, where she was responsible for analyzing and valuing potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States.

Amy received a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA in Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University.
