The VP, Product Lead will play a key role in driving organic revenue growth by advancing product development and innovation and bringing strategic insight and discipline to the solutions we offer clients. The team stays closely attuned to evolving industry trends and market dynamics to ensure Heitman maintains a differentiated and relevant product suite that meets client needs across market cycles. We partner closely with Heitman’s investment businesses globally, as well as our sales, client service, and marketing teams, to develop client-focused solutions and advance the firm’s strategic objectives.
In this role, you will support several of the team’s core product strategy and development initiatives, with significant exposure to businesses and functional groups across the firm. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior investment professionals, client-facing teams, and other key stakeholders on strategic priorities that shape Heitman’s product offering and growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and intellectually curious problem solver who brings both commercial judgment and creative thinking. They will pair strong quantitative, analytical, and research capabilities with an ability to synthesize complex information, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 and will be further discussed during the interview process. This range represents what Heitman reasonably and in good faith believes we would pay a qualified candidate for this role at the time of posting (based on a full-time equivalent schedule). Your actual base salary placement will depend on factors such as (but not limited to): your relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition, all of our team members are bonus eligible and participate in a generous annual bonus plan, with the percentage varying based on your role and level, ensuring that your contributions are recognized and rewarded.
