Jennifer Boss is a Managing Director and Head of North American Private Equity Portfolio Management. She is also an equity owner of the firm and portfolio manager for two large separate accounts. In addition to her portfolio management responsibilities, she participates on committees focused on demographic and disruptive technology trends. Prior to her current role, Jennifer spent 18 years in Heitman’s Investment Research group tracking the retail and student housing sectors and was involved across the lifecycle of an investment, from creation of an initial investment strategy to hold/sell analysis.

Jennifer received a BS in Urban Geography from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the ULI Commercial and Retail Gold Council and Social Venture Partners, a group that invests time, expertise and money into innovative nonprofits.
