Ross is a Senior Vice President in Heitman’s Acquisitions group, responsible for identifying, structuring and valuing potential equity investments in the eastern region of the US. Prior to joining Heitman, Ross worked for Enlivant where he focused on acquiring senior housing properties nationally and AJ Capital Partners, a Chicago-based hospitality firm. Ross spent nearly six years of his career in New York City, most recently working at Canyon Capital Realty Advisors where he focused on acquisitions in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions across all major asset classes. He began his career with Lehman Brother’s Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group, later joining Lehman Brother’s Holdings Inc. to manage and restructure a $2 billion portfolio of assets.

Ross is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double-major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking.
