Campus Recruiting: Financial Operations & Analysis 2024 Associate

Are you an analytically minded self-starter who loves to collaborate with team members? You will be an integral member of our Financial Operations & Analysis department. Team members share a strong drive to provide timely, accurate, and critical financial data analysis for the firm. You’ll also have cross-functional visibility and the opportunity to work alongside internal groups, such as Asset Management, and external service providers.

In the Associate role you can expect to:

  • Apply your knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Review financial statements, supporting schedules, and related footnotes
  • Compile and analyze investment budgets and business plans
  • Learn how to calculate property and debt valuations, as well as investment performance metrics

  • December 2023 and May 2024 Graduates
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Analytical thinking-ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed recommendations
  • Strong project and time management skills–to meet (sometimes tight) deadlines
  • Love collaboration–working together across multiple functional departments
  • Motivated by independent and team-oriented successes
  • Problem solving experience leveraging your analytical and critical thinking  skills in school and/or business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A “think outside the box” mindset –with a desire to brainstorm creative solutions in our ever-changing industry
  • A fundamental knowledge of Excel
