Heitman is in search of an Inclusion & Diversity leader to drive the strategic vision and oversight of initiatives that foster an environment of diversity and inclusion. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role will provide administrative leadership that leverages the expertise and resources of both internal and external stakeholders to design effective, comprehensive programs that drive mutually agreed upon initiatives related to diversity and inclusion throughout the organization. They will lead the short and long-term planning, execution and management of these efforts and programs across the firm. The I&D leader will serve as a thought leader for I&D by staying informed on best practices, benchmarks, competitors and developing appropriate methods that are aligned with Heitman’s purpose and values.
