This Opportunity

 

Our Hong Kong office is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Acquisitions team.

 

The responsibilities of a Senior Associate, Acquisitions include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on transaction deal teams to underwrite and execute real estate acquisitions across Asia Pacific markets
  • Prepare detailed investment committee presentation materials including financial underwriting, investment analysis and recommendations
  • Manage due diligence and closing phase of the transaction in conjunction with in-house and external parties
  • Provide active support to in-house and external parties in monitoring investments through their lifecycles, including assisting the evaluation of current and projected performance of properties and investment dispositions
  • Build relationships with asset owners, developers, operator companies and sponsors/lenders

 

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years of investment, finance or surveying related experience
  • Prior experience in real estate private equity, surveying, valuations, corporate finance or accounting firms is preferred (MHKIS/MRICS or equivalent is a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task, self-directed and effectively complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities
  • Demonstrate solid depth and breadth of analytical and modeling skills
  • Excellent written communication ability
  • Enjoys working both independently and in a team setting with professionals across all levels
  • Strong Power Point skills and knowledge of Argus a plus
