This Opportunity

Our IT Operations team is in search of a highly organized, service focused operations manager to join their growing team! We are looking for a self-starter, who is highly collaborative, analytical and flexible. This role will report into the Head of Global IT Operations and Facilities and play a critical role in managing IT operations and new hire experiences.

The responsibilities of an Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in vendor management on-boarding process
  • Coordinate cyber security assessments
  • Assist in maintaining business continuity plan
  • Assist with Records Management program
  • Coordinate yearly Business Continuity Training
  • Track and manage department budget
  • Manage corporate equipment and facilities leases
  • Conduct new hire IT training

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in operations management
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, accounting or finance preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing skills
  • Well-organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage requests from multiple business partners
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
  • Training experience a plus
