John Mancuso, CFA, is Interim Managing Director and Head of Global Sales in Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group, and an equity owner of the firm. He is responsible for leading the firm’s global sales processes, relationship management, and client service and marketing activities. Prior to his current role, John led the development and maintenance of relationships with investors in the western region of the United States for Heitman’s private real estate equity, private real estate debt, and public real estate securities strategies. Prior to joining Heitman in 2015, he was the head of private markets research at Russell Investments, where he oversaw the private markets investment research practice on a global basis. Previously, John held positions with Meketa Investment Group and Lucent Technologies.

John received a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MS in Management from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Colorado.
